Sony Ericsson unveils the world's first 12MP phone
Friday, 10 April 2009The new Motorola Aura
Thursday, 9 April 2009...it is made from over 700 different pieces some of which are absolutely miniature! Now what you can see above is the 2.0 mega pixel camera, underneath that is the 'rotating' mechanism and I can also tell you that the outer body is made from stainless-steel. The features however are not so glamorous. Being the world first round-screen phone lets it down a lot, as web browsing becomes increasingly difficult because parts of the screen are 'chopped off'. This is so because Internet pages are all square (or rectangular). The battery life for the Aura is extremely poor, at most it can manage a couple of house of 'messing around' and a night on standby before draining completely. If you want to learn more about the Motorola Aura, go to the MSN Technology News section. This update was brought to you by iUpdateU |
Microsoft Suface - the next computer generation!
All this will be made possible by Microsoft's' new development - Microsoft Surface. Currently they are only being sold to businesses for a hefty price of £8,500 before tax!
Personally I cannot wait till they are released for the general public to buy, but I hope they won't cost that much!
If you are looking for more information about the upcoming 'Microsoft Suface' then I have found a very good piece written by the MSN technology news department. Have a look by clicking here.

The New DSi is Released
Tuesday, 7 April 2009On the 3rd April 2009 Nintendo's new DSi was released here in the UK at an average price of £149.99. Many people are wondering what is the difference between the DSi and the DS Lite, well the DSi comes with two built in cameras which are 0.3 mega pixels with no zoom function. Although this may sound very poor, it is perfect for all those fun images, keep in mind this was not built for its photographing capabilities. You can edit images taken on the DSi using its the same application you use to take the images, for example you can use the following effects:
- Distortion
- Graffiti
- Colour - changing the colour of certain areas of the image
- Mirror
- Mischief - adds beards, moustaches and cartoon eyes to the image
- Emoter - changes the subjects facial expression
- Merge - take two image or two different people and it will merge the two faces into one
- Resemblance - calculates how alike two people are in the same image
- Frame
- Change the pitch
- Change the speed
